Involute , adjective

(Botany) Rolled inward from the edges; -- said of leaves in vernation, or of the petals of flowers in astivation. — Gray

(a) (Zoology) Turned inward at the margin, as the exterior lip of the Cyprea.
(b)
(Zoology) Rolled inward spirally.
