(Medicine) A tumor containing a large portion of the abdominal viscera, occasioned by relaxation of the walls of the abdomen.

(Medicine) A wound, of large extent, in the abdomen, through which the greater part of the intestines protrude.

(Medicine) The act of disemboweling.
