Beatify

Beatify (be*at"i*fī) , transitive verb

[Latin beatificare; beatus happy (from beare to bless, akin to bonus good) + facere to make: compare French béatifier. See Bounty.]

To pronounce or regard as happy, or supremely blessed, or as conferring happiness.
